En una ceremonia desarrollada el miércoles 25 de octubre en el Aula Magna de la Universidad Notarial Argentina, se formalizó la asunción de su Consejo Directivo y se distinguió al Dr. Rubén Compagnucci de Caso con la imposición del grado de Doctor Honoris Causa.
El acto estuvo encabezado por el Rector de la Universidad Notarial Argentina, Sebastián Justo Cosola, quien fue acompañado por el Vicerrector, Eduardo Gabriel Clusellas.
La ceremonia contó con la presencia del Presidente del Colegio, Diego Molina; los integrantes del Comité Ejecutivo; la Presidenta del Consejo Federal del Notariado Argentino, Alejandra Castellón Arrieta; y el Procurador General de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Dr. Julio Conte-Grand.
A su vez, entre las autoridades se destacó la presencia autoridades de los colegios de escribanos de las provincias argentinas y académicos y autoridades de la Universidad; como así también representantes de la Facultad de Derecho de la UBA, de la Academia Nacional del Notariado, y de la Academia Nacional de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de Buenos Aires.
Al inicio se proyectó un video enviado por el Presidente de la Comisión de Asuntos Americanos de la Unión Internacional del Notariado, Dr. Homero López Obando, y luego dirigieron unas breves palabras de apertura el Rector y el Vicerrector de la UNA, en las que agradecieron la presencia de todos los asistentes, destacando que la Universidad es producto del trabajo conjunto y mancomunado de todos los que forman parte y de las instituciones con las que se vincula y la abrazan.
A continuación, se formalizó la investidura del Grado de Doctor Honoris Causa al Dr. Rubén Compagnucci de Caso, distinción que había sido establecida por decisión unánime del Consejo Directivo de la Universidad, plasmada en el acta 385 del 10 de marzo de 2023.
El Doctorado Honoris Causa es la máxima distinción que otorga la UNA y, mediante el mismo, se reconocen la trayectoria científica y los aportes realizados en el marco de los más altos valores universitarios.
Tras la entrega de la distinción al Dr. Compagnucci de Caso, se formalizó la asunción de los integrantes del Consejo Directivo de la Universidad Notarial Argentina, designado por acta número 381 del 18 de noviembre de 2022, quienes a su turno pronunciaron la aceptación de los cargo recibiendo su correspondiente diploma y medalla.
Integra el Consejo Directivo, Rector, Sebastián Justo Cosola; Vicerrector, Eduardo Gabriel Clusellas; Secretaria General, Karina Vanesa Salierno; Prosecretaria, Elba María de los Ángeles Frontini; Consejera, María Luján A. Lalanne; Consejero, Néstor Daniel Lamber; Consejero, Carlos Agustín Sáenz; y Tesorero, Fernando Sánchez.
Luego, se dirigió a los presentes el Presidente del Colegio, Diego Leandro Molina, mientras que el Rector, Sebastián Cosola, tuvo a su cargo el discurso de cierre formal del acto.
